Meet Ronnie Cannon

With more than 25 years in the real estate profession, Ronnie’s expertise  encompasses a variety of assignments including acquisition, disposition, relocation, consolidation, portfolio evaluation and sublease services.  With an exclusive focus on representing tenants since 2001, Ronnie has played a pivotal role in over 300 client transactions, contributing to a cumulative volume of over $350 million.

Throughout his career, Ronnie has co-managed key national clients, leading to successful transactions across various states, Canada, and Mexico.  Simultaneously, Ronnie has been equally dedicated to providing the same exceptional service to locally based firms.

Before establishing CLRE Advisors, Ronnie dedicated 7 years to Wm. Leonard & Co., where he collaborated with industry veteran Bill Leonard.  Prior to joining Wm. Leonard & Co., Ronnie spent 14 years at Cresa Atlanta and was also an associate for CBRE in Columbia, South Carolina, his hometown. He earned his B.S. in accounting at Presbyterian College, where he lettered in basketball all four years. He continues his involvement as an active member in the Scotsman’s Club.

Ronnie currently resides in Roswell and is actively engaged in the community with his three children’s sports activities and attends Perimeter Church.
